How We Work With You

We repair and restore all kinds of vintage and antique items, and serve designers, corporations, private individuals, and insurance companies. 

Over the years, we have forged a valuable network of specialty suppliers and mature craftspeople, nationally and in the greater Washington DC metro area. 

We provide pick-up and delivery service when necessary and carry insurance to cover the full value of all items in our possession for repair or restoration.

This said, we will by preference work on site whenever practical so as to forestall damage from moving items ... and to allow our customers to see the actual repairs and restoration work while it is in progress. 

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.  Outside of these hours, we will do our best to make estimate appointments, arrange pick-up or delivery, and respond to emergencies.
